  I called and placed an order over the phone and i believe the ladys name was Mary. I informed her that my girlfriend would be picking it up an about an hour. When she got there her name was not spelled correctly after i told her how to spell it... Then her food was completely cold so they must of made it right after the phone call was over. After the fact i told her she wouldn't be able to pick it up after an hour or so. We usually come once a week but lately they have messed up way more times then i can count. We will not be coming back.

  First, they tried to make me pay for food I paid for online. Then I get home with a completely different order. I come back to pick up the correct order... and get home with a tuna sandwich with NO TUNA. Unbelievable. Check your food.

  First time at this location and very disappointed. Ordered online and went in to pick it up, the guy tried to make us pay again even after we showed we paid online. Then upon getting home we realized it was not at ALL our order. The receipt had the correct name, so we didn't think to check the contents before leaving. We called and told them our correct order and had to go back up to get it. Once we got home we opened the boxes and the sandwiches were just very poorly made. Will not be coming back here

  Service is quite slow. They don't get orders right half the time. Booths and tables are always dirty.
